On Thanksgiving Day our kitchen sink plugged up solid, we needed someone to come and unplug our drain quick since we had a house full of guests.  I looked through the yellow pages and you guys where the first to respond.  Your plumber was here within 1 hour even though he had family and friends at his own home.  He assured me it was his pleasure to get our Thanksgiving plans back on track and we sure did appreciate it.

Thank You

A lot of people see having a plumber come out once a year as a routine sewer drain line cleaning. The reality is your drain line is not meant to block up at all. If you have a blockage in your drain line this generally means a couple of different things may be going on inside your drain line that should not be happening.

1.  A tree root is one of the most common causes of for drain line blockages. When tree roots get into the sewer or drain line this means there is a break in the drain line. We use video camera inspections for locating and pin-pointing sewer line breaks. Once a tree root enters into the sewer line it is only a matter of time for the tree roots to grow large enough to completely block the drain line. The best way to clear a blockage is to clear it mechanically then treat it with a root killer. The best type of root killer is a foaming root killer because 90% of tree roots enter from the top of the drain lines.

2.  The second type of blockage is what we call a soft blockage. This is where the solids are left behind and stack up in the drain line enough to cause a blockage. This generally occurs when the drain line is either sloped too much that the water runs way faster and leaves the solids behind. The second soft stoppage occurs when there is a "dip" or a "belly" in the drain line causing the solids to stack up. We can eliminate these type of situations and show you the problem in your drain system.   Another reason is that there could be a broken pipe that has shifted slightly creating a ridge in the pipe that will obstruct the flow.

What ever type of clog you have you can call now and set up your appointment with our very well qualified technicians.

Do I need a Sewer and Drain Line Replacement?

How do you know when to repair or replace the drain line?  This is a good question. There are several reasons you may want to replace your sewer line.

You may have some antiquated material for your sewer line.

You might want to replace your sewer line if you have multiple breaks in the sewer line.

You might want to replace your sewer line if it is not sloped at the right grade.

Whatever the reason might be for you to replace the sewer line the next question would be, how do you do it, and what material to use?

Trenchless Pipe Replacement

If you have just recently landscapped your yard and it does not make sense to dig a trench to replace the sewer line. We can install a new sewer line with out digging up you whole yard. We Have Trenchless Pipe Replacement. We can replace your sewer line by making two holes, one at the city sewer tap and the second where your sewer line exits your home. In this process we use what is known as H.D.P.E. pipe, it is a flexible but very dense material which will allow it to be pulled into place using up to 35,000 PSI.
